Lomo Orbit 360F

There’s a new Lomo camera in town and it looks stranger than the old ones. Kind of a strange ‘bridge’ camera if anyone remembers those. This one has a motor drive so you don’t have to wear your thumb out. It also sports a waist level finder for easier shots when you need to be way down low or above the crowd. Here are a list of the specs:

  • Lens: Aspherical, 50mm/4.5
  • Aperture: f/4.5, f/6.8, f/15 Exposure: Charming weather-symbol guided
  • Flash: Built-in electronic flash or standard hotshoe mount
  • Focus: fixed and focus free
  • Standard tripod thread, integrated nylon wriststrap
  • Motor drive with special rewind feature for multi exposures

  1. I did a Google search and didn’t find anything either. That’s odd. I’ll send a note to Lomo and see if they can tell us what format it is. From the few samples of it that I found online it looks to be 35mm. The images don’t look very wide, the specs say that it’s a 50mm lens – on a 120 that should be pretty wide. Also it has a motor winder, that’s not very common with non perf film like 120. If it does turn out to be a 120 camera it might be good to buy one just for the motor drive, that would be pretty cool to add to a medium format pinhole camera.
