Mad magizine started out in 1952 and is still around. Not a whole lot of magazines can say that, especialy ones that are based on humor and parody. My brother and I would read these gems like they were messages from mount Olympus. I still have a soft spot in my heart for fold ins, little guys on islands, and cool sound effects like “fweent!”.
