The Plastic Monkey, Credit Cards

Money

I’ll be honest, I have some credit card debit. I won’t say exactly how much I have but it’s safe to say that if I had a whole bunch less I’d be a very happy person. Right now I’m looking around for resources on how to take care of this money eating monkey that is on my back right now. I know, I did it to myself. That’s right, I flexed the plastic muscle plenty of times without any thought of the future and now I’m paying for it. I’ve decided to list a few resources in this area so maybe if someone sees this they might benefit from this info and pull themselves out of this monkey infested hole.

Credit Card Debt
Credit Cards
Rich Dad, Poor Dad (read this book, it will help!)

(I can tell allready that this entry is going to make huge amounts of comment spam… Crud, oh well its worth it to get the word out.)

  1. Hey, check out Dave Ramsey’s stuff. He’s got a great radio show on money that you can listen to online. http://www.daveramsey.com There’s also a 13 week class that he teaches via video all over the country on getting out of debt and winning with money. My wife and I have paid off $18,000 in about a year and a half following his program.

[Yeah, I hear his show once in a while, makes good sense. Thanks for the link. I’ll take a look at his site, everything helps. Glad to hear that you got rid of your plastic monkey. Maybe mine will go play with yours and neither one of us will ever see them again. 🙂
