Hey, you could rig up a rotary shutter like thay used in those old cameras called ‘Mercury’ cameras. They were half frame due to the speed of the trailing edge of the shutter, they would cause too much image blur on fast moving subjects I think. Just design a disc with a slit that traverses the film plane at a certain speed and there you go.
