This looks like an OK MP3 player. I think I might get one as a Christmas gift for one of my kids. If she likes it I might get one of my own. The list of features is impressive. Text to speech, images display, a recorder, FM radio… If only it used a removable memory device for storage it would be perfect! Hum, I have a soldering iron and I’m not afraid to use it. I wonder if I could ‘extend’ it’s storage capabilities a little (like by 1GB).
I love Extopia so much! Without it I would have never seen the very cool and utilitarian Selector mug! now you can shamble into your local Megabucks and just proffer your mug with it’s predefined beverage choice to the droid, er.. I mean nice employee, and bingo! wake up time is served!
Now, how do I get one of these in the states… And for me I should have a mug with some sort of day tracker because sometimes I kind of forget to dump my java at the end of the day. OK, fair enough to forget that except that I also forget that I didn’t get fresh coffee and take a big ‘ol swig of the aged brew. Ughhh!

Selector Mug
These look smooth. I like the flat slab-o-glass look these have. I wonder if the keyboard is soft – meaning that you can alter the layout to whatever your needs are. Lacks the tactile feedback of a normal keyboard but looks great.

This is darn cool, Star Wars reduced to an animated GIF. However, i can do one better. With no loss of story, plot, or acting ability, I have reduced the movie ‘Battlefield Earth’ into the space of this “.” dot. Enjoy!
