Quite a creative guy, and he’s right too, he is a nerd. Big time. All he needs now is a little cape and he can give the Elvis Trooper a run for his money. And yes, I beleive that Princess Leah is his girlfriend.

Aeon Flux Movie
A live action Aeon Flux movie is may coming to the big screen soon. Filming was halted in ’04 when Charlize Theron injured her neck. The site has a Flash (yuck) trailer that has a few action packed scenes in it. I’ll watch it if it ever sees the light of day.

Soft tissue found in the animal’s thighbone strongly suggests it was a female, and just about to lay eggs, the researchers report.

Not wanting to stand out in a crowd by saying ‘why yes, I do have an expensive camera and lenses in this bag. Go ahead and mug me” this guy decided to mod a now common messenger bag and added a nifty fiberglass insert to hold his camera gear.

What a clever idea. The viewing machine is a classic looking kinetoscope, the kind you find at Disney land, and the images are of current day Banff Canada rendered in beautiful stereo.
These views were filmed around Banff and rural Alberta in autumn 1993. They were recorded with two stop-frame 16mm film cameras mounted on a “super jogger” baby carriage. Stereoscopic recording was either triggered by an intervalometer (for timelapse) or by an encoder on one of the carriage wheels (for dollys and moviemaps). Since the filming was “stop-frame” (rather than “real-time”), time and space appear compressed.
