This would be such a wonderful exhibit to see, I wish I was in Japan right now. Robert Capa shot these color images more than 60 years ago and they still look crisp and vivid.

Omniscope
This is a pinhole camera that is set perpendicular to the film plane. Imagine a cylinder of film with a pinhole at one end. It makes for some cool images.

I have been experementing with cynotype paper in an old camera I have for a few weeks. I left the camera lens open for seven days to record this image. I adjusted it in Photoshop to form this print.
New Stereo Photos
Years ago I bought an old Kodak stereo camera that was made in 1953. I shot hundreds of stereo slides with it until the lens unit totaly locked on me while I was visiting Japan. After that I was stuck using the ‘hip switch’ method of taking 3d images with one camera. I have been wanting to scan in a bunch of them with my flatbed (HP ScanJet 4700c) and I got a little free time today to do just that. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did when I took them.
