This looks darn cool. I’m going to download it and see just how automated this panoramic maker it is.

Walking In LA

This is an odd project, she is going to walk through all of Los Angles pushing a cart that is got a video camera and other gear on it. There will be photos, video, and a blog of the entire event. If your in the area check her route and go say hello!
Petshot Digital Camera

If anyone knows where I can get one of these my 8 year old daughter would love to have one. Petshot is a little digital camera that takes up to 15 images, saves them on a cartrage so you can share them with your friends or email (?) them and there is also a little digital pet that you can care for and play with.

Comic Life

Here is a very fun and cool app. Take a bunch of photos, drop them into a comic page add some text in the balloons and bingo! Instant comic book! Ok, it’s good enough to use for little projects… What the hell, I’d use it for a little ‘zine… Why not? Here comes my many travel adventures in the form of a comic book! New York, Japan, Thailand…
Nikon D70s

Crap, my camera is out of date already. Had to happen, but now I want an upgrade. 🙂
Nikon today have announced the Nikon D70s DSLR – an upgrade of the previously released D70 model. The D70s features a larger 2 inch LCD monitor, newly re-designed menus, better auto focus, wider flash coverage and a longer lasting battery. It will reatail at $1200 with an 18-70mm lens or $900 as a body only package. Expect to see it in stores early May 2005.
OMG!
The new high-energy rechargeable lithium-ion battery EN-EL3a delivers the power to shoot up to 2,500 images* on a single charge.
Worth it just for these. I hope that the IR remote will work on my D70
Remote control options are also expanded for the D70s, with the new optional Remote Cord (MC-DC1) adding greater convenience and ease of use in a wider variety of shooting situations, including long exposures and close-ups. Cable-free operation is also available with the optional Wireless Remote Control ML-L3. A third option involves Nikon Capture 4 (Ver. 4.2) software, which can be used to control the D70s from a computer via the USB connection.
BigHappyFunHouse
This is a weird site, it’s just found photos. Take a look and try not to be alarmed by the phantasmagoric wallpaper and shirts…
